Content Head at A&B
Role Overview
Content Head who can own the voice, positioning, and content quality of the brand across all customer touchpoints. This role goes beyond copywriting. This role does need design background.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of communication leaving the brand from website content and emailers to social media and product storytelling,, aligns with the positioning, tone, and premium feel of America & Beyond.
You will work closely with the email marketing, design, website, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and elevate customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing Content & Brand Positioning
- Own content direction for all email campaigns.
- Approve all email copies before they go live.
- Suggest improvements in communication, storytelling, CTA, positioning, and messaging.
- Recommend changes in email layout/design to improve brand feel and performance (execution handled by the email marketing/design team).
- Curate product selection and storytelling angle for campaigns.
2. Social Media & Instagram Stories
- Plan, design and manage content for Instagram stories yourself
- Ensure stories and social content are posted according to US audience timings.
- Maintain a premium, aspirational, and brand-consistent tone across channels.
3. Website Content & Brand Experience
- Own all website content including:
- Homepage messaging
- Collection pages - Design and Copy
- Product storytelling
- Headings and copy
- Promotional banners - Design and Copy
- Website announcements
- Design website content structure for stronger brand positioning and conversion.
- Suggest layout/content improvements to enhance storytelling and customer journey.
- Maintain website hygiene:
- Broken links
- Missing images
- Incorrect content
- Formatting inconsistencies
- Copy errors
4. Content Review & Quality Control
- Review and approve all outgoing brand content.
- Ensure consistency in:
- Titles
- Bullet points
- Product descriptions
- Website copy
- Campaign messaging
- Maintain a strong and premium brand voice across all touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who thinks like a brand custodian, not just a writer.
You should be obsessive about consistency, storytelling, customer experience, and ensuring that everything customers see from America & Beyond feels premium, polished, and on-brand.
Work Setup
- Hybrid role
- 1-2 day/week in office if possible (Gurgaon)
- Flexible with meeting coordination aligned with US business hours for some days in case of late meetings.
