Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Ads)
Role Overview
America & Beyond is looking for a highly execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid growth across Meta, Google, and TikTok Shop GMV Ads for our D2C ecommerce business.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands ecommerce growth at scale, creative testing, attribution, and profitable customer acquisition. We are looking for a hands-on operator who can personally manage campaigns, identify growth opportunities quickly, and drive measurable business impact — not someone who only manages agencies or presents strategy decks.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced D2C environment and understands the balance between aggressive scaling, profitability, inventory management, and brand growth.
Ideal Candidate
Mandatory 4-6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience for D2C/ecommerce brands
Strong fashion/apparel ecommerce experience is mandatory
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
TikTok Shop GMV Ads
Experience managing $50K–$500K/month ad spend in the US market - This is mandatory
Strong understanding of:
attribution
blended metrics
ecommerce profitability
scaling paid media profitably
Experience with Shopify and GA4 is mandatory
Experience with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros is preferred
Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels and customer behavior
Strong creative instinct for fashion/lifestyle advertising
Ability to move quickly, test aggressively, and make data-driven decisions
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop GMV Ads end-to-end
Personally manage campaign execution, optimization, testing, and scaling
Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets efficiently
Build and execute full-funnel paid acquisition strategies:
Prospecting
Retargeting
Retention
Drive profitable website revenue growth through improved:
MER
blended ROAS
CAC
CVR
AOV
Work closely with creative teams to:
test hooks
scale winning creatives
improve CTR
manage ad fatigue
develop UGC-focused ad strategies
Analyze daily performance data and identify scaling opportunities quickly
Collaborate with merchandising, retention, and website teams to improve conversion and customer journey
Align ad spend with inventory availability, bestselling SKUs, and operational constraints
Manage landing page testing and conversion optimization initiatives
Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and creative partners where required
Maintain clear daily/weekly reporting and forecasting
